Common questions and answers
What is the cost for the digital files?
The cost for the digital images will depend on the amount of time you spend with your photographer. We recommend talking with a member of our team in advance. This will also help you learn what to expect at your appointment the following day.
Should we provide a list of our preferred family groupings?
This is not required but if your requests are specific it will certainly help. We also suggest your list be overseen by someone from your wedding party to make family photos run more efficiently. Often members of the wedding party are prone to wandering.
May I provide examples of the photography style I like?
We seldom ask, but examples can give us a sense of the style you prefer. Be sure to let us know what you like. You may like the posing, lighting, location or something more.
Yes! Your wedding coordinator can help you make arrangements. Keep in mind, hotels are considered private property and your photographer may not have permission to shoot at some locations. You will need to include your photographer in your transportation plans.
The option is not available to personally select your photographer, however a photo representative will be happy to assign you a photographer that best fits your style. With enough notice we can schedule you a pre consultation with your photographer just before your wedding date.
Notes
- If you have extensive photography needs; getting ready, extended time for couple photos, off property request and/or a reception coverage, please contact us to develop a timeline so that all of your expectations can be met.
- Please understand the photographer is working within a timeline to meet all of your requests. Sticking to your timeline allows you to receive the most out of your photography. If the wedding starts late this may cause you to receive less photography time.
- It’s always helpful to provide us with details about your particular photo style to assist us with capturing the best photos possible. If you happen to experience many of our hotel’s beautiful locations during your photography time, we recommend you bring a 2nd pair of comfortable shoes to ensure a gorgeous smile throughout.
- Walking may be a huge part of your couple time with your photographer. We recommend you bring another set of comfortable shoes to for a gorgeous smile the whole time.
- For the Groom: Please understand that your wife will be really happy for all this time you have taken to make memories. Your patience during this time is appreciated in advance.
- All ceremony’s will be documented by a videographer. The Wynn wedding package you purchased will determine if it’s included or offered for an additional cost.
- Please check with our consultant if you have an interest in additional videography.
- Appointments can be made to view your wedding images after the ceremony. Our meetings generally last about an hour and our office is located next to the Wedding Salons. Select guests can attend with the couple; our office has seating for four.
- We are always here to discuss additional product ahead of time.
- You are invited to schedule an appointment with us before your wedding to discuss questions you may have.
